TraderScope is not financial advice. It is an information and education tool. It is not a broker, not a signal service, and not a licensed advisor. Nothing it shows you is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading futures and equities carries substantial risk of loss, and every decision you make with your money remains yours.
What you're agreeing to
By using TraderScope during the closed beta you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it — there's nothing to cancel and nothing owed either way.
This is beta software
It is incomplete on purpose and provided as-is. Expect bugs, screens that change without notice, and features that appear or disappear between builds. Parts of the app run on sample data rather than live market data; the app and the website both mark which is which, and that ledger is the authoritative statement.
Don't rely on TraderScope as your only source for anything that matters. Verify against your broker, your prop firm and the market itself.
The analysis assistant
TradeScope AI is an analysis assistant. It describes what the app's own data shows. It is built to refuse to predict prices, recommend positions or give price targets, and it will tell you when it doesn't have the data to answer.
It is still a language model and it can be wrong. Treat what it says as context to check, not as a conclusion to act on.
Your account and your data
During the beta, accounts and app data are stored on your device. Keep your device secure. We can't recover data from a phone we never had a copy of. See the privacy note for what does and doesn't leave your device.
Fair use
Please don't redistribute beta builds, share your invitation, attempt to break or overload the service, or scrape the market data that reaches you through it. Our data providers have their own terms, and that access is what lets the beta stay free.
Cost
The closed beta is free. TraderScope will remain free to use afterwards. TraderScope Pro — the advanced features, algorithms and tools — will be a paid subscription. Pricing is not set, and nothing here obliges you to buy anything later.
Ending it
You can leave at any time by deleting the app. We may end the beta, or an individual invitation, at any point — it's a preview, not a service commitment.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TraderScope is provided without warranties and we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from using it. Where law gives you rights that can't be waived, those still apply.
Changes
These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top says when they last did, and significant changes are emailed to beta testers.
